“I spent one night at this quiet, comfortable budget friendly motel just off I-30. My non smoking room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, wall mounted TV, mini fridge and microwave. The hotel staff were professional and courteous. In particular, motel manager Billy was very helpful and accommodating. There is ample parking available. I had a pleasant one night stay and would definitely stay here again when in this area.”

“First room was not acceptable. Bedding was damp to the point it left my shirt damp during inspection, room was very musty. Notified front desk they gave me another room, bedding wasn't as damp, room wasn't much better, tub didn't not drain while showering. If I can help it at all, I will not stay here again.”

“Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. “As a destination property with a large group this is a great quiet spot. The setting is beautiful with plenty of on site activities. Be aware it is located in a very rural area with a 2 mile gravel/dirt road. If you forget something, it’s not just a quick trip to the market. That’s great if you want seclusion just plan accordingly. Our family came from all across America and Europe for our stay and it was a great spot for us to reconnect.”
