We arrived 10 PM in pouring rain (a tornado touched down 6 miles away) and found it occupied. The reservation company (40 minutes and 6 phone calls later) said the credit card did not clear, and "we emailed you in December". “This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...
