“The folks here were so great. I told them it was my husband’s birthday and they went all out, without even asking or anything. They made us feel welcome and special and weren’t overbearing or anything. Was a great treat of a place to spend a stormy night. ”

“We stayed 3 nights and I can’t get back there soon enough! We were only scheduled for 2 nights but loved it so much we extended our stay- we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The room we stayed in was Raphael and I cannot say enough good about it. The balcony was my favorite. It was huge and had a porch swing as well as 2 other chairs. “Perfect stay in Eureka Springs. This B&B was a historic house so very unique. Must be able to climb stairs depending on which room you stay in. Bed was very comfortable , convenient to the downtown area but also a trolley stop right down the block . Wonderful breakfast each morning. We would stay here again. ”

“The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing! It had good WiFi. The only problem that I saw was that the iron was missing. The parking lot was tricky when we first got there due to people using it for parking for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Once they cleared it was fine.”

“The Basin Park provides activities available to guests; like guided tour of the town and a wine tasting. No extra charge. Staff is great.”

“Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.”

“The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

“Staff was kind and informative. Beds slept great. Heat and AC worked. No microwave in rm but have one available. Refrigerator was in room. Rooms have carpet. My room had a jetted tub but inside the jets was super dirty. Room kind of stuffy. At night they have a roaring fire and provide the ingredients for s’mores. If you want more than one snore kit drive 2 min to dollar general and buy all the smores stuff you’d life. I’d do back. It’s clean. It’s safe. It’s rustic. ”
