“The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. It’s outdated so it makes it look run down in some parts. Mattress needs to be replaced. I never understand hotels not refreshing their mattresses often. Bathroom was clean but just outdated so the sink and shower looked dirty but wasn’t. The shower has tile flooring which to me is just nasty in general. Maybe replace with a solid shower so it can be scrubbed and cleaned. Staff was very friendly. “The entire property is being remodeled. We were notified the day before our stay that key amenities (pool, spa, breakfast, etc.) would be unavailable. Cancellation was offered, but we only needed a place to sleep, so we stayed. “This was an older clean property with very nice and helpful staff. The TV works only with the internet, which was down most of the time during my 2 day stay. The toilet rocket, cold water leaked continuously, and the weather stripping around the door was gone. I tried to let staff know, but the two times I walked to the office, the staff was not there.
