“My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.”

“It is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. Do not expect "modern" amenities but quaint and quality! The staff is amazing! Downing Street in the hotel serves great food! Will stay again!”

“It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything.”

“Nice clean room with all of the amenities. We had a room with 2 queen beds. We only had to use one bed which was good. However, the other bed mattress was awful.”

“Like: Clean, easy rental, breakfast at cafe was nice Dislikes: coffee bar/game room was never open when we were at facility, no coffee in room, wooden deck three floors high was wobbly and absolutely not safe. It looks like they had tried to stabilize it, but it was not professionally done. Very obvious, and I wish I had remembered to take a picture.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Savannah House. The staff was friendly and the views were great. It was relaxing sitting outside watching the waterfall and drinking coffee. The complimentary cobbler and ice cream every night was a nice touch. The only thing that could make the stay better is if they would provide body wash. They have shampoo and conditioner and a tiny bar of soap for your hands but no body wash. But if do, it was great”

“Didn't like that the room was on an upper floor, 16 steps up and down every time you left the room. Amenities in room were excellent”

“The hotel is obviously mature but isn’t one of those cheap wood frame hotels going up everywhere. It is very well maintained and the staff were absolutely top shelf. The location was off the strip but everything we come to Branson for is an easy drive from there. Will definitely be back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, everyone liked the room. Only concern was our window screen wasn’t in the window and the window latch was broken so it wasn’t secure. We used the pool and also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast which I will say was very nice compared to other hotels. Would definitely stay here again!”
