“The property needs serious TLC but it was very cheap so it made sense that the upkeep would be minimal”

“Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! Unless VIP, then check in is noon? After a drive from Texas, got there 2 pm. Had to wait 2 hours for a call that unit was ready. Never got the call so went back to office and after a while they let us in to the unit. 4th floor. Elevators all the way. Then the neighbors showed up. Wow so loud sounded like...

“This motel/spa is a work in progress but will get a 5 star solid review once they fix the kinks. The map on the website is not to scale so I couldn't figure out where the sauna was located which I was really hoping to use. There wasnt any sinage easily visible that directed you to its location. Once I found it the door was locked! Only to later discover it just was that hard to open but....by that point I was needing to check out. The walking trails in the back of the property are magnificent!...

“Clean room nice place would definitely stay again”

“Just driving up to the property gave us dirty vibes. The lobby was old and run down and the rooms were not a pictured. Then the power went out and the staff was rude and absolutely no help. The very tiny pool was overrun with way too many people and the indoor pool was unusable. Definitely do not recommend!!”

“The water pressure in the shower was unreal. I felt like I was getting sprayed down by a pressure washer. It was magnificent. I might plan my next trip to Branson just to take a shower.”

“I loved that our dog stayed for free (no matter what size). Everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the extra large shower. Located right off the highway, but getting in and out was difficult.”

“I loved the spacious room, and the availability to have 3 queen beds. The only complaint I would have is that we stayed 3 nights and they never emptied the trash or gave us fresh towels. We did call and ask for fresh towels on the evening of day 2 and they brought them right away, but the used ones were never picked up.”

“The staff were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Great cleaning service as well. Also, the free continental breakfasts are good, and the free ice cream with cookies and peach cobbler they offer in the evenings were excellent. Most hotels don’t offer these kinds of extras without charging for it. This added a nice touch.”
