“Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner. ”

“This was a great local place to stay! I would recommend staying here if you love a small cozy place to stay. This place had a great pool and the BEST water pressure I have ever used in my life. You got any back problems like myself they will be gone by the water pressure alone! Will be staying here again when I come back to visit. ”

“Had a great 2-night stay. Booked a Monday & Tuesday night stay. Price was very reasonable because it was beginning of the week. Enjoyed the outside pool & indoor hot tub. Our room had 2 sinks, vanities & mirrors. Really appreciated that for 2 females getting ready in hotel room. Room was spacious & clean. Hotel is close to downtown. Definitely recommend. ”

“Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service”

“I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ”

“We checked in pretty late, and the physical key was left in the door for us. The lady in the office was super friendly, which really helped us relax during our stay. There were some relatively recent updates to the rooms that made them a bit more comfortable, and it looked like they were doing some renovations on the other side of the building. “First of all i have nothing bad to say about this beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms that make you feel like no one has ever stayed there before. The staff in its entirety was very hospitable. We loved that they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go downtown. We also did a room add on of chocolate covered strawberries that were a devine touch to our stay. Keep up the great work.”
