“We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance ”

“We had to book the same day cuz original hotel lost our reservation. Country Mountain Inn was clean and conveniently located. Staff was friendly and did a great job recommending restaurants. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.”

“I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ”

“Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service”
