The staff has been very friendly. The room has plenty of space and almost feels like renting a 1br apt. I genuinely like it here and am glad we picked this.

This is a bait and switch!! They demanded $28 more for the “deluxe” room which was paid in full, stating that was the price for the “renovated room” and that I wasn’t charged correctly through my 3rd party. When I refused to pay, they gave me an “non-renovated” room which was uninhabitable. When I handed back the key, while sharing pictures of the room and stating that “I wouldn’t even allow my dog to stay here,” the attendant expressed that I could just pay the extra $28 (on top of what I already paid) instead of simply offering me a clean room. She was extremely rude. I am not above staying in an older hotel, but when the entire site shows only renovated rooms, it is very deceptive. Below are photos I took after obtaining a key and before I allowed my children and I to sleep there. I am also contacting the health department. Please take the pictures down or put both renovated and non-renovated pictures up on your site. And then price the rooms accordingly. AND CLEAN THE ROOM before offering it to us. Never again.

The staff are doing their best with what they’ve got and were lovely to deal with but the hotel is in terrible shape. No wifi in the room, we had to step outside to use it. Water ran rust coloured so it was too gross to use. There was a group of men renting the room next to us who were outside getting high in their car every time we walked out the door. It didn’t feel safe or secure - I woke up several times in the night to banging outside or people shouting outside someone else’s door and was constantly getting up to check on my car to ensure it was still there and not getting broken into. Would not recommend staying here until they make significant changes.

Just awful

This property should not be open at all. It was a previously owned and named motel that Motel.6 recently acquired and is being renovated with the purpose of making it a "Studio 6 Suite" facility. The renovations are not nearly complete, the rooms are filthy and the entire facility is ramshackle and in disgusting disrepair. It does not even have a visible sign: only a practically invisible banner wrapped around the pole with the name of the motel before it was a "Studio 6 Suite." The lighting in each room consists of three unbearably bright florescent lights: there are no dimmer bedside reading lights or any other lighting ar all. We were greeted with an extension cord plugged in to an outlet above the kitchen sink and running across the floor to the television. The wifi signal reaches only the front of the property. The bathtub has chips where the enamel has been damaged. The photos that accompany this review show just how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs.

Mediocre at best

Omg where to start! The room smelt recently treated for bugs or pests. Suite included no special accommodations, not even plastic wear. Tv remote didn’t even work. Obviously recently remodeled but a real poor job as the tub didnt even meet the floor; no trim work. The toilet was loose and probably would have fallen off if we weren’t extra careful! Needs resealed to the floor!!! Bed too firm and not at all comfortable. Outlets that didnt work and not enough of the to plug phones in bedside the bed. Nice and Huge lobby but no offering of breakfast. For the price we paid we certainly should have been able to watch tv, or for a suite perhaps the comfort of oversized towels, higher quality sheets and blankets. Overall a suite with plenty of space but lacking any comfort nor amenities. Would not stay here again. Giant cockroachs outside on steps I’d say due for pest service.

I had a 4 bed hotel room. Didn't know what to expect but the pictures didnt lie. Was very happy with the results. Had a mini kitchen, big fridge, very comfortable. And also, I met this lady that lived there and she also work for the hotel and she was very welcoming. Will be back

Property is under new management and renovation. AC units worked well. Our suite was large. Large counter for kitchen. Had two-burner electric cooktop. Full size refrigerator. No microwave. New king bed. Mattress was fully covered with mattress protector. Room could have been cleaned better, but was ok. Mattress was comfortable. Pillows needed to be replaced. Sheets were clean (smelled like bleach), but had stains. TV remote didn’t work correctly. You had to be 3’ from TV. Front desk said it was due to TV mount angle. Not true. We moved love seat up to TV. Lobby door handle was really nasty dirty. Property has been painted outside, but whole property needs cleaning - parking lot. Property is fully fenced with chain link. Some rooms show torn blinds - under renovation. Property needs work. Room rate was good… $71 w/taxes and fees.
