“Horrible stay, there were roaches everywhere and the location/area didn't seem very safe.”

After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. “Asked for a non smoking room - walked into a room with cigarette odor. Changed rooms, only slightly better. Wi-fi / cable were adequate at best. Breakfast was poorly done with thawed out eggo waffles to be toasted, bland gravy for the biscuits, and really; sunny D for orange juice? Toilet overflowed. I had already plunged the toilet. Told front desk and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to have someone come to check it out. Then all he did was plunge it again. He didn't wipe up the water that...
