“Spider in bed and staff knocked on door at 8 to see if I had checked out, when I had a checkout time at 1.even if I didn't have a late checkout it would have still been 11 and getting woke up at 8 for that was ridiculous ...front desk staffer was excellent ”

“Needed a quick place to stay on a solo motorcycle road trip. Checked in after 9pm. The good-Price was cheap, comfortable bed, nice AC. The bad-bathroom had multiple issues. Toilet had piss around the rim. Sink had a very slow drain. Shower had an even slower drain. There was also hair all over the shower ”

“My only problem was noise. I was in a room next to the lobby . The evening clerk was pleasant and informative at my check in, but he may need to know if he has authority to keep noise down in the lobby . There was also some celebration going on in the parking lot at 3 a.m. The morning clerk told me I could call the desk and have it controlled.”
