“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“ Close to arena for ASU graduation. Two graduated on the same day but different ceremonies. Walked over for first. Returned to hotel for lunch. Walked over for second. Never had to get in my car and fight traffic or long lines for lunch. Stayed three nights and enjoyed the grandchildren’s graduations. A mini stay-cation!”

“It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

“Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!”

“Newly opened in April of 2026. Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Fluffy and soft pillows. Friendly staff. One low point is that Google Map misdirect us to a wrong property due to its newness which wasn't the hotel's fault. Just for your information, search for directions to Crocker Barrel and the hotel is right next door. However the staff had sent the corrections to Google. It should work. If not, search direction of Crocker Barrel near the hotel's location.”

“The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean but had an off smell and a few sticky spots on the carpet. But nothing we couldn't handle. The breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the pool was down and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It didn't say anything on the site when we booked about the pool being down. That would have been super helpful. But overall a good stay.”

“Breakfast was not that great. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. Fan in the bathroom runs all the time. But everything was very clean.”

“Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.”

“The manager and person checking us in lack kindness. The hotel is beautiful and the person who creates the breakfast buffet was lovely. Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests! ”

“Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, motel food but good selection. Dog walking area was well kept and clean. Would stay here again with no hesitation. ”

“The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. ”

“The absolute worst place anyone could ever attempt to stay. Think of the worst place in the world and this place is worse. Do not book this sh;t hole. ”

“Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.”
