“I was caught in the middle of the situation an old man have disagreement with a maintenance guy and both of them was yelling and screaming each other managers and receptionist they thought it was me I got kicked out for no reason The maintenance guy very aggressive he was yelling and causing and swearing like crazy manager should ask the cleaning lady she witnessed the situation I was up above right next to her and everything happened downstairs”

“There is no pool here, for the last night of my stay i paid online when I went down to the office they told me that Expedia has not been paying them for the guests that paid online and I would have to pay them directly if I wanted to stay. I explained that I would not be able to do that as I had already paid Expedia for the stay. He told me in this case they would make an exception but only for this one time. Why aren't they getting paid Expedia? I will say to anyone wanting to book here to...

“It was okay for the price. Ocean view room was not as expected since the windows were pretty dirty, the screen door was falling off every time I opened it and had to reattach. I didnt pay for my room to be fixing stuff and the door to next room was not locked. ”

“This place looks like it was just remodeled and everything was clean and new and well done. I upgraded to the 2nd floor view room and it was great. Perfect location because I walked to everything. Right next to the path by the ocean, view of all the boats, walked to fish and chips, brewery and checked out all the sea lions barking at each other. The coffee shop in the lobby was stylish and the pastries and coffee was perfect. This is my new spot when I’m in Westport. ”

“Our stay was very nice. Small Staff, but were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean! Breakfast very limited, but clean and pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant! ”

“We had a great stay in the cabin. The hot water was a little scarce, but it was ok. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be thicker. Fine for kids. Adults not so much. Moved to the futon and it was fine. Bathroom lighting could be better. All in all, we enjoyed it and had a great time! The cabin was clean and the yard outside also. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!”

“First time staying here. Amazing staff, very clean. Amenities are above and beyond in my opinion. Swing set, fire pit on demand, courtesy kayaks and boats, short walk to the beach, rooms are cozy and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Everything made this stay very pleasurable. ”

“Well, it ends up that there were remodeling that motel, but they own the days and so they put us in a room there which was OK except at 6 o’clock in the morning some guy next-door is using the forklift, the loud beeping noise which woke me up and kept me up at a time I didn’t wanna be ”
