“Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”

“Clean room and amazing bed. Room needed a second chair, the TV reception wasnt perfect and 'menu/TV guide' didn't work. The door to the bathroom got stuck on the floor and there was paint on the ceiling light. But the gentleman at reception was very professional and apart from the distant motorway noise it was very quiet.”
