“Location is in city center. Overall condition is not a good as I saw on picture. Elevator is not working so we had to carry luggage to our room (staff did say they can help). The carpet in public area is old and has smell. Room is ok but noise isolation is poor. Car park is small and £10 overnight. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good.”

They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. “The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

“L albergo è molto comodo per la sua posizione . In poco tempo si raggiungono a piedi sia il centro che la stazione ferroviaria. La camera è piccola ma ben organizzata e funzionale. L aria condizionata funziona molto bene e si gestisce autonomamente. L accesso all hotel è bruttino ma non è importante e manca una zona salotto nella hall”
