“Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Secure gated rear parking area available, perfect for our motorbikes. Arrived quite late in the evening, left early so didn’t eat there, but did enjoy a nice pint of real ale when we arrived at 10pm. Great for an overnight stop to break our journey. ”

“Lovely stay check in was quick receptionist was friendly . Room was clean modern and very spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows ,we slept well as was was very quiet. We pre paid for breakfast as was cheaper it was good with plenty of choice .All the hotel staff were very attentive we were asked several times how we were doing and if they could help in any way .

“Primarily stayed here for niece’s graduation, so we just stayed one night.. but the overall experience was all good, we informed the hotel in advanced that we would have some flowers delivered and they took good care of that.
The only grip if I had to say was the location from the station is a quite a long walk with all your luggages but otherwise all was a good stay. ”

“An hotel in a very central position, with a good option for parking nearby. Everything else is quite average and maybe even less than expected considering what we spent. The breakfast was a disaster: they asked me the room number and said ok... then eventually come back to my table while I was eating asking for money cause it was not included...what??

“We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leicester as a family. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location for exploring the city. The only downside for me was breakfast which was quite limited.”

Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.”

Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"

"3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money ."
