“Breakfast was great! The sign in the room said the rooms would be serviced every other day, but this didn't happen during our entire stay...multiple family members stayed there and had the same experience.”

“Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”

“Breakfast was good and they’re remodeling it looks nice.”

“The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.”

“I can’t imagine this place being open in the near future. The walls are crumbling, entire sections of the roof were missing, there was a piece of plywood between the box spring and mattress I had to be careful I didn’t t break my toes on because it stuck out so bad, the water in the pool left a slimy scum on my skin, there was no remote for the tv, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chairs were so filthy I was afraid to sit down in them, the staff were clueless as to what was going on in the area...
