Hotel a Moundsville

“Good for a short stay, amenities are good at this price. The staff seemed not friendly; I'm not sure, maybe I'm from Canada, so I was expecting more generosity, but that's optional. There was some kind of moisture smell in the room..”

“Available quickly and close to where we needed to be when the weather turned to snow. Shopping and restaurants close. It met and exceded our expectation.”

“The hotel has always been wonderful. Unfortunately this time my wife became ill and we were unable to go to the Nailers game and didn’t need the hotel. We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost of the room.”

“Wife and I agree that this Hampton was the best we have stayed! Convenient, and they have a shuttle vehicle to take you to restaurants in their area !”

“On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!”

“I often stay here when I’m in town. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Hot Breakfast decent processed food. Kids love the pool and I like the hot tub, although, the chlorine levels need adjusting. It’s is way too strong.”

“The common areas were very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were ALL very friendly and nice.”

“Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. ”

“Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. ”

“Great location and upscale neighborhood close to Interstate. My room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent too, a very thoughtful and well-prepared selection breakfast choices. ”
