“Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our large family for the weekend. Lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our needs.”

“Everything about our stay was excellent. Extremely convenient to Mount Ellen at Sugarbush. My family and I definitely utilized the outdoor hot tub as well as the EV charger. The only concern I had was the smell of sulfur coming from the toilet. It was mild, but noticeable. Regardless, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Nice location off of Route 100 there was a little road noise but the house is situated a bit back. The seating was super comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was awesome to be able to bring our pup! ”

“This house is very rundown. The house was very musty and smelled. Some windows would not shut/lock. The kitchen drawers wouldn’t open unless you lifted up on the Formica counter top. The place is listed as traditional Farmhouse, however we have a family 150 yr old farmhouse and this is not what I consider to be that. It is directly on a busy road and with the house not secure we couldn’t leave our belongings when we left.”

“The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Also nicely located on the water. The owners communicated well and seemed friendly in their messages. Two things would make the property better - bug screens on more windows so they can be left open and light blocking blinds in one of the bedrooms. Main issue is the unfortunate fact the train track is close and I woke up twice from trains passing in the middle of the night.”

“The Vines is a beautiful home with luxurious accommodations. We booked this property because it was perfect for our large family, and it truly exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone—comfortable beds, great common areas to spend time together, and enough room to spread out when needed. We stayed while attending our daughter’s graduation from Norwich University, and the location was ideal—close enough to town, yet peaceful and tucked away. We had a wonderful experience...

I contacted host and she immediately had somebody there to clean it, but was quite rude about it.We moved onBut then… Two women renting this place and on our final morning as we were removing sheets from our bed, we found men’s shorts at the foot of the bed tucked between the two sheets so clearly the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest stayAgain, two...

“Awesome location to airport, we appreciated being so close to a drug store and a gas station to fill our rental car up the night before our flight too. Very nicely decorated, had the necessities, overall was clean. Beds and bedding were great! The house itself (especially the bathroom) is a bit older/rough than the pictures show, but overall it was still a good stay.”
