Hotel a Novelty

“Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. Everything was well taken care of, and the location was convenient. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“The room was humid even though the AC ran 24/7--and it was so loud we had to turn the tv up too much just to hear it. Hard to sleep, too. Couldn't reset alarm clock which was 5 hours off anyway. Not a stitch of food/drinks vending machines available other than breakfast buffet (not impressive) which ran out early and not refilled in a timely manner. We had to leave for the day so missed breakfast even though it was to be going for another hour yet. No vending machines or snacks available for...

“I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt.”

“How to reservation for the 10th to the 12th showed up at 11:00 p.m. to check in there was nobody there but there was a number I was supposed to call try calling it multiple times no one would answer there was housekeepers there cleaning rooms out of grocery cart they said that there was nothing they could do for me so I had to leave and find someplace else to stay for the night so we didn't get into a hotel room till 1:00 in the morning after driving 5 hours went back the next day because they...
