“It was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean and the instructions were very clear . The neighborhood actually wasn’t bad at all . Overall, this was a wonderful stay . I’ll most definitely book this house again for a getaway.”

“We stayed here while visiting family in town and didn’t want to book multiple hotel rooms. This was perfect for our family. Very conveniently located close to downtown. Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. House was accurately described in the listed and everything was very clean and comfortable!”

“We were very impressed with the location of this property and it's proximity to many things. It was just a very short drive to go anywhere we wanted. The keyless entry was great so we didn't have a key to worry about. The inside had this rustic charm, which is why it has a 4 star on cleanliness. It's just an older building and you can see the age but it's got character and charm. We were quite comfortable there. And even though the listing said it's pet friendly we did not see any evidence...

“Great place to stay”

“We booked for our annual boat trip to Grafton. Two couples, plenty of room but still very cozy. Amazing view and excellent exercise if you want to walk the hill! Owners were proactive in making sure we were informed and had everything ready for the stay! Highly recommended especially if visiting Grafton as a boater and keeping your boat in the marina!”

“Everything went well with the rental. The owner was very easy to reach and polite. I wasn’t a huge fan of the neighborhood, but you can’t really change that. ”

“The property is nice. It's clean and the people were very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable, though the pillows are very fluffy, if you like them more flat then you might bring your own, but I was very happy with the room and accommodations. The garage is worth the price to park and there's a cute patio area with plenty of seating and a separate hot tub area, all conveniently located by the rear exit. A big plus for us is that it was close to the venue we were going to for our stay and...

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
