“Uso sempre questo hotel e mi trovo bene”

“The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. ”

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”

“Buona soluzione per chi è dotato di auto. Si raggiunge Greenwich incirca 30 minuti e di lì diventa tutto facile per visitare Londra. ”

“Solo una notte per un viaggio di lavoro, quindi non posso dire molto riguardo ai servizi offerti dall'hotel, in particolare la spa. Tuttavia un'ottima esperienza, tranne il problema della mancanza aria condizionata nella mia camera.”

“Nice gentleman greeted us and explained house rules. Took a little time to meet on arrival but no issues.”

“Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. They should buy some Kerig coffee & tea machines or get delivery from the local...
