“I stayed at Alpine Lodge for two nights and paid over $700 for what was advertised as a "Superior King" room. Don't be fooled by the name—this is essentially a regular, modest motel room. Nous n'avions toutefois aucun moyen de refuser ce service, car il n'y avait pas d'affichette "Ne pas déranger" dans la chambre. Cependant, il n'y avait aucun moyen de rejoindre quelqu'un. “We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available. Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”
