Gratitude to the staff who seated us at a large round table which was perfect for us to exchange our many memories and celebrate our grandparents who celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary there back in 1973 and the bride and groom who held their reception there in 1971! “Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking.
We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them.
Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out.
All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...

The room was pleasant, clean & the beds were very comfortable. We would have liked a couple more electrical sockets. It was huge - I could hardly see my wife on the other side! We loved the 4 poster bed (also huge) and the classy period furnture.
The bathroom was well apointed and everything worked well. The automatic lightsvareva good idea, and my wife enjoyed the bath.
The only minor issue wss with yhe windows which are secondary glazed for the winter, but some of the glazing was broken, which made the...

"Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è stata il servizio ho chiesto due sere di fila la colazione d’asporto ed entrambe le mattine si sono dimenticati o non lo hanno scritto. La colazione inoltre rispetto altri altri Leonardo non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine sebbene i camerieri siano gentili.
In sintesi non ritornerei in questo hotel visto il servizio."
