“It needs a crib sheet in each room telling of breakfast times, emergency tel no's etc. The room was very dark. Bathroom OK but would benefit from some shelves to put toiletries on etc. Breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. Dining in was v good but we felt overpriced. The whole experience was good but felt at £180 it represnted poor value.”

“Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.”

“We received a very warm welcome from hosts Jackie and Rob and our stay was absolutely exceptional! Our room was clean, neat, well appointed, with a refreshments tray including lovely homemade cake and the folder containing menus and directions for the nearby pubs for meals was well thought out and presented. “We were attending a gig a Ludlow Castle, most accommodation was booked or expensive at Ludlow for the night of the gig so we chose to stop at Stokestay Hotel because there was a train station close that we could catch there and back. The Stokesay staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent and bar prices good so we would not hesitate to stop there again.”

Per il prezzo pagato è sicuramente un’ottima sistemazione, usciti dalla porta siete subito sulla via principale dei negozi e ristoranti e a pochi passi dalla casa di Shakespeare. Il letto è comodo , il bagno privato decente e avete la macchina del caffè/tè a vostra disposizione. Il parcheggio coperto è a un minuto dalla struttura ed ha un prezzo accettabile rispetto ai parcheggi inglesi”
