I was told that they had a staffing issue and not all rooms were cleaned but she did assign a new room. This room also had two queen beds. I went to the desk again. She came to the room and stayed it was a king suite and the beds were both king. She was insistent. We stayed but were crunched in the one bed. “The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.”

“I scheduled my stay thru Expedia. I thought I read it included breakfast. $300 a night without an offer of breakfast was a little off putting. My husband and I are disabled. When he went to check in, there were a couple of maintenance guys standing in the way of the elevator entrance. They didnt even move to accomodate him going by. I would expect an expensive hotel's staff would be a little more courteous and aware of their surroundings. There was also lots of noise in the halls at night. I...

“We have been very happy about the room, big, clean and comfortable room, with a fully equipped small kitchen. The swimming pool was also super, with towels for guests and plenty of chairs to choose. The breakfast was fine. The position was not close to downtown or the beach and you need a car.”
