“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. La posizione è buona per che si sposta in auto, gradevole la piscina ma non si tratta di un resort: è uno spazio dove rinfrescarsi.
Il complesso ha anche un ristorante aperto al pubblico: nei dintorni non ci sono molte alternative se non si vuole andare in centro città.
Camera enorme con doccia spaziosa e arredi classici ma di ottima fattura.
Insonorizzazione ottima: spesso un miraggio negli USA....

“Very disappointing stay.
Even though the front desk was staffed, I was told to use a kiosk to video chat with a remote representative instead of being checked in by the employee standing there. Why is a hotel, which is built on customer service, replacing local staff with a remote video check-in? That experience alone makes me think twice about staying at another Quality Inn.
