“For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.”

“my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. ”

“I spent a weekend here and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is small, but perfect. It was so clean and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed and the location to the Siesta Key Village and Beach was just a short walk. Check in and out was so easy and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend for couples or anyone traveling alone. I would stay here again without a doubt! ”

“Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. ”

“Comfortable and quaint house. It felt homey upon entry. One block walk to paradise and its sunsets. I would recommend this little get away. The only downside would be it could use a good thorough cleaning. Washing floors, and a good dusting. But overall and perfect stay. ”

“Clean, modern and staff is amazing. Room ready before noon received text notification from owners. This is now our new go to after 19 years of staying up the street. All of everything is provided in rooms and for beach life, well maintained and fun atmosphere no pressures except to make memories here.”

They had bicycles for us to use, and a beach wagon with sun umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels making our short trek to the beach a breeze. Paige was an incredibly attentive and responsive host and their entire maintenance and cleaning crew (especially Jeff) were so helpful and welcoming. We loved how convenient this property's location was...

“The property was perfect for our family. We had enough space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, game room and the patio to grill. the neighbors were friendly! I would put a rug in front of the pool patio door inside to catch any dirt walking in, and that area can be very slippery with wet feet walking on the tile. Great stay! ”

“This was the perfect spot for the two of us! Parking right outside our door, king size bed, just the right size kitchen, private side yard and walking distance to the beach and shopping and restaurants! We'd choose this again! Great set-up!”

“The place was beautiful, tastefully furnished and decorated, and so clean! Plenty of towels and nice sheets. Loved the amenities like the pool and the beach chairs. The best part is the location - right across the street from a fantastic beach, close enough to walk to the main business district but not so close that you have to deal with all the people of you don’t want to. Perfect place for a couple looking for some R&R!”
