“The property in the Siesta Key was amazing, as was our host Tammy. Communication was quick and easy. Our shower broke on our second day and Tammy got it sorted instantly. “The house was a perfect location and the layout was good. The top level(4th floor) is the living/ kitchen area. So the 3rd floor (primary suite & other bedrooms) could hear everything on the 4th floor. Poor sound proofing. Elevator was great to have. Had to call once to get unstuck.But , maintenance came and showed us how to reset and also fixed the broken kitchen sink disposal. They also had to come and reclean all the floors. Our 14 month old feet and knees were filthy! The pool was unusable...

“What a lovely townhome. Everything was perfect, each and every detail was attended to. The house is equipped to meet all your needs and is excellent proximity to the beach. Varinia was quick to respond with any question we had., but honestly it was a flawless experience. Hoping to return soon! ”

“House was very clean when we arrived. The place is spacious and no one felt like they were on top of each other. For reference, we had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 in the house. For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location)....

“Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! ”

“We loved the condo! The views are simply amazing! The views are as good or better than the photos! Upon arrival we were so happy to be able to see the ocean and beach from the door, kitchen, great room, and master suite. The master suite is incredible as well. Most of our vacation is taking in the view and time at the ocean, rooftop pool & hot tub were a nice bonus as well! “This is a great vacation home with a great amount of space. We had 12 people and it was perfect. It was nice to have beach towels available and chairs/beach cart. Would definitely recommend!!”
