“Perfect place for what we needed on our trip! Location awesome! Robinson Preserve so close and calming place to see and kayak! King size bed and a futon couch! Had two mini frig/freezers, coffee pot AND coffee. Microwave and also an Air fryer which was great for any meal that you bring whether fresh, frozen, or left overs. Pool right outside door where can choose shade or sun to sit and enjoy! Host was wonderful and very welcoming!!! Definitely would choose again!”

“This townhouse was perfect for 3 adults and one 17 year old visiting to play high school baseball. The home was just as described and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are all provided. We had a few free days and were able to visit some beaches and the beach chairs were a life saver! “The place was clean and location was perfect! 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the village. It’s really great and helpful that they provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. ”

“The location of this property could not be beat! It is directly across from beach access 11, which made day trips to the beach a breeze. This condo is perfect for a solo trip or for a couple looking for a little getaway. The trolley stop is right outside the location so you can hop/off to get around the island. There’s some beach gear available to use: umbrella (bring something to dig a hole in sand) two chairs (but one is broken) and a nice carry cart that turns into a table once you get there....

“Plenty of room for two people comfortably, clean, well stocked and adorable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the riverwalk and feels like 1940’s Florida. Couch is a sofa bed, but needs repair. Bed was the most comfortable if you love a soft mattress (which we do). Will be coming back for sure!!”
