Incredible stay - impeccably located, with a responsive, full-service staff that went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Staff was available by WhatsApp seemingly 24/7.
YourOPO even had a crib and baby bath tub waiting for us as requested. Luiz (who was phenomenal) met us at the door and gave us a white glove check in.
It is an older building, but still very comfortable with AC in every room. The bath tub design was a bit difficult to navigate, and if you have limited mobility, I would be a bit concerned about getting in and out. There were also some loose floor “tiles” that would come up regularly. They’re easy to set back in, but with a baby, we were a bit concerned.
With that said, it was a wonderful stay and experience, and really made our stay in Porto all the better. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
