“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging.
