“Nice hotel to stay while traveling with my dog.”

“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”

“The room that my wife and I was in was very clean the air conditioner worked wonderfully, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one of the most reasonable places in the area.”

“Room smelled really bad, some things in the room were dirty, says no smoking, but people were smoking making the hallways smell like smoke, would not recommend”
