“At Vivian's guest house you have everything you need provided for you. The house is warm and cozy. They have a little kids nook under the stairs with toys and books.Love the farmhouse decor and Katie the host was fabulous. I would highly recommend Vivian's. “I want to start with the good because it really was a lovely experience most of the stay. Clint is an excellent host, was very responsive and helpful with every little question we had. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The river was quiet and serene. There was minimal clean up requested for the checkout as well. Just a forewarning, we had an awful run in with the neighbor. She was very aggressive and mean. She clearly does not care for this property being a rental. Weather...
