Hotel a New Franklin

“Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.”

“I could not get into the app for touchless check in - there was only one staff member there who was not at the desk he was upstairs helping another guest. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hotel amenities but we did have breakfast which was good but not much of a selection. I barely slept because the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. Also at about 2:30am the people in the room next to us decided to have very loud sex for 2...

“Yes, plenty of choices for breakfast. Daily menu changes too. Parking was close and well lit.”

“All was good! Hotel, staff, breakfast and the fresh ground coffee was outstanding!”

“Breakfast selection was adequate at best. VERY basic. Room was clean, just wish the a/c unit was better placed. Window seat over the unit made it extreme difficult to operate (there was no wall unit to make adjustments) and there was minimal room between the unit and the bed. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the room also. Check in evening staff, the young lady was very nice. ”

“Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location.”

“Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious, staff were welcoming, hotel conveniently located with plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks instead of just coffee maker which turned out barely warm water. Also, I would expect proper cups and teaspoons instead of disposable paper cups and straw/stirrers in a hotel of this standard. ”

“The whole place is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is always a hit with our kids. Close to anything you might need. We highly recommend staying here to eveyone.”
