“I was only staying for a night so that I could attend a seminar in the morning. The front desk attendant was kind and friendly. The lobby, lobby bathroom, and my room were immaculate. No issues at all. ”

“Parking was easy, we had a late check-in and i believe the power had cutout from a storm. But the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and kept a great attitude. Very thankful for nice rooms and comfy beds. ”

“The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. ”

“Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life”

“Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower.”

“decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”
