“Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.”

“Carla was a great receptionist ! She answered all my questions and was very polite and helpful! However when I booked the hotel, I booked it for the pool as well, but it was under maintenance and nowhere on the site. Did it say that so I was really upset. When I got there and found out the pool was under maintenance”

“Not the most comfortable beds and the lights barely worked. Shower was not the cleanest either. I guess for something cheap it'll do.”

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“I would never stay at another hotel 8 never experience I had here was worse I've ever experienced took a shower the water was very lukewarm got to go breakfast at 9:38 found out it was over at 9:30 wish I didn't tell us what time breakfast started or ended tell me that the waffles was all gone mess didn't know how to put a $50 security deposit down to get out of my bill money you pay the security deposit after I already booked the room and paid for in advance I had to take $50 out of my bill...

“Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!”

“The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

“The room smelled of smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and a dirty towel lying on the floor. The property was a mess - dark and grown up in weeds. There was a hole in the wall and the cabinets were taped shut. The bathroom cieling was caving in and had water damage.”
