“We lost our power & decided to try this motel. Our room was clean, and very nice, and the proprietor was kind.”

“You get what you pay for. Was pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel bar. Lovely bartender/ server as well.”

“The pros: Walking distance to many restaurants and friendly staff. The cons: The maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel is terrible. Hallways are full of chipped and peeling wallpaper, the shower and sink had pink rings of soap scum and mildew, there were stains on the walls and carpets, and handprints from previous guests on the windows.”

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“Good place to stay in Medina”

“Left our terrible expensive hotel (paid already) in Buffalo, NY and drove late at night to Medina, OH. This hotel provided a comfortable stay overnight and enabled us to recharge before hitting the road again.”

“Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful.”
