“Had a great stay. The remodeling was nicely done, breakfast options were excellent, and rooms clean and comfortable. ”

“While the staff was great, the facility is older. The flooring had cracked pieces, especially in the elevator. The AC unit in our room was very loud, which we informed them of as we left. Rooms are large. Overall it was fine for just one night. The breakfast was great. ”

“Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole...

“The presentation of room needed work i also found body hair on clean towels and bedding, toilet had a stain and air conditioner unit doesn’t heat”

“We stayed here for one night as we were doing some college tours, the beds were comfortable however the room cleanliness was poor as there was food crumbs all over the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and shower. The breakfast bar had a couple of different options to choose from but the food did not taste freshly made. Overall it was good place to sleep and recover.”
