Hotel a Glenwillow

“Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. “This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property.”

“Did not clean the room while we were there. Booked a room for 3 but only got 2 sets of everything. Nothing for the sofa bed in the room.”

“This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts ”
