“breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.”

“Our room felt outdated, with water stains on the bathroom ceiling, and chips in the wood furniture. Lobby was spacious and clean, and the staff are very kind. We did not utilize the on-site restaurant or the gym so I cannot rate those amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. They also offered a parking garage pass, at a discounted price, which was helpful. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of eateries within walking distance. This would’ve been a great hotel...

“It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price.”
