“STAY AWAY!!!!! We payed in full before arrival for a 2 night stay. When we got to the property we upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and paid the difference. They never informed of a $150 incidental fee that they also charged. Although they didn’t inform us of it we thought well whatever because we know that’s frequently what hotels do. A day AFTER check out there was an additional $250 charge. I called the property and was told “it was a smoking fee. We have picture evidence of ashes in the room” I...

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room.
