“The room was so clean and tidy and the staff at the front desk are very friendly as well as so respect full .”

“ The room was spacious, but the sink wouldn't drain the whole way due to how it was installed With spending close to $1200 for 3 nights and finding out breakfadt isn't included, was pretty bad. To make it worse, they suggested we could go nect door to Holiday Inn for their buffet for about $8 but turned out to be $11.95!”

Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. ”

“When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though...

“I am embarrassed for the leadership of this Ramada hotel in Cleveland, Ohio From check in to exiting the facility was bad! The boss lady at check in was yelling at two young employees! At approx 3am loud music playing in cars. After a very long check in period we finally got to our room, dirty and unkept! No towels, no toilet paper, we had to call to get it delivered. Reminents of previous occupants! Let just leave it at that. Half the lights inside the hotel were off or not working. ”

“Room was quiet enough. Comfy bed, pillows were subpar. Breakfast is very basic, no hot food provided for free. First morning they ran out of coffee before 7am? It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either.”

“The staff made the place for me. Everyone was so nice Especially the bartender Desa. She made the trip for me and my family. She even gave my granddaughter a necklace ”
