“Definitely run down. The Lobby gives a false impression. The hotel doors were dusty, not even sure how you manage that. The phone looked so gross, I wouldn’t touch it. The shower faucets were hard to turn and they were leaking when we walked in. It’s obvious no one has cleaned the shower grout or head. The pool area is run down, several parts of the carpet are duct taped together. Thank god we only stayed one night”

“The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.”

“The location of this hotel is great. It is off of the highway but not directly beside it, so it is quiet. It is in close proximity to one of the park visitor centers and very close to Peninsula which is a super cute little town. The place is clean. It needs some updating but that appears to possibly be in the works as the hallways and lobby seem updated. Breakfast was a little slim with items not being available. If it had been fully stocked it would have been just right. We had a great stay, so...

“This property was located centrally for what I needed. The room was clean with space to work and rest. Staff were helpful when I had questions. Pleasant stay.”

“The property and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” I have was that is no light over the desk, nor a lamp. I had to work remotely during my stay, so that was a bit of an issue. There was no microwave in the room either, which I am use too. Additionally, there were no “guest” ice machines to be used. Had to go to the front desk to ask for ice, then they went to the kitchen to get it. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was...

“All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again.”

“I liked the room was clean and up to date, hotel didn't smelled bad. There was no free breakfast but they had some to purchase.”

“This hotel was good for a night stay. But it is kind of outdated- toilet roll holder broke, had to go to front desk to get linens for room, pool was not the greatest. Although the room was comfortable enough to sleep in for the night and ac definitely works cooled it right down. And they had a free breakfast and it satisfied my whole family. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again for a night just not a weekend long. As I go with family.”

“I reserved a double queen bed room with extra square feet of room. We arrived an hour eary for the 3 oclock check-in and the room was understandably not ready so we waited until 3 oclock for the stated check-in time. The room still not ready. They did try to accomadate us with a room that was smaller, but was not what we reserved. Rooms are so small these days so we elected to wait. Checked back a couple of more times and it wasnt until 3:45 that the desk finally checked to see why the room...
