“It was a really nice hotel and the staff was really kind, especially to my young son. The AC didn’t work that great in my room and it was so humid! But other than that it was a nice spot and I probably would stay again”

“This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY. Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea) Body wash was empty in our room. This place is fine for a quick overnight stay. We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel.”

“We rented a room for four people and was only given two towels we asked for more and was told that is against hotel policy , house keeping didn't make the beds , sweep the floors and our outlets in the bathroom didn't work we rented a room through the same place last year and everything was excellent I do not know exactly what had happened but this was a terrible experience on our behalf and we will not be booking with them again”

“Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“The hotel was full when we stayed, but very quiet. Easy to get to and many conveniences down the street. Rooms were clean.”

“The room was spacious, the air conditioning was quite and worked great. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We didn't have any problems at all and really enjoyed our stay.”

“Only two elevators and one was broken so during busy times there was a long wait. Requested the room to be cleaned but I guess they forgot so no clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Otherwise it was nice”

“When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”

“The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent.”
