“Friendly staff, but the facility is out dated and needs some TLC”

“Found lollipop stick and a nerf bullet behind the main door of our room. Room smell a bit musty. Breakfast selection is limited - some eggs, sausage patties, bread/bagels, milk, cereals. Stay was as expected because we got a low price for the 2 rooms booked. ”

“The room was not finished. Bathroom mirror was off the wall and when we went up the the front desk the told us to move it. The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Because the soap was on the mirror...

“Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! ”

“Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“A passing hotel, but it is very worn out, it has no cleaning and everything smells of chlorine. You can perfectly hear the noise of the cars passing through the Avenue, noisy”

“Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. ”

“Hotel overbooked and our payed two queen rooms got taken by bus loads of band kids before we could check in and we were offered to take two rooms with king beds or cancel the reservation. We had booked for seven people to sleep. After talking with property manger, they gave us three rooms with king beds but we had to compromise our sleeping arrangements. When reaching out to Hilton directly they offered no help. Told us to contact Expedia. Person at front desk was by himself and clearly...
