Hotel a Avon

“This hotel met expectations. It was convenient to be next door to so many restaurants and Costco.”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again.”

“breakfast was fantastic! Lock on my door didn't work but was fixed as soon as possible. Tub was slow to drain and had to report. Toilet seemed to leak into the tank all night. Curtain was torn. Beds were very, very soft. Didn't clean my room as far as making beds or sweeping. Associated were very nice and helpful, but I've stayed at this motel varies times and this is the worst experience. The people are great and will fix things as soon as reported.”

“Great location to stadiums. Booked a premium room, was given a standard room (which was less expensive per night) with no reimbursement/change of room. Was told by check in staff Expedia sends them reservation booked and only states any room, not the specific room booked. Staff did provide two breakfast vouchers for issue, however would have much preferred the room booked. This concerns me about using Expedia for future bookings, the type of room you book is very important for not only...

“Hotel stay was fantastic. The only issue I had was during checkout. I had to check out early due to travel plans changing. The desk clerk was helpful during the afternoon and left a note for the early morning desk clerk. When I went to the front desk to check out the clerk was nowhere to be found. The placard at the front desk had a number to call for immediate assistance, this would have been helpful had that number not direct you to the phone at that counter. 20 minutes later the clerk...
