“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...

“Terrible experience! Totally sketchy area. Room next to us was open with woman outside smoking alternative cigarettes which wafted into our room. The lock in the door was broken and my daughter was terrified so we left.”

“Linoleum floors in our room. Red stains on the bedspread. Brown stains on the bed sheets. The room was shabby and not well cleaned”

“excellent food options nearby and fully stocked kitchen-fridge is outside your door- Slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Has comfortable beds, stayed here twice with increasingly nosy strange neighbors that don't appear happy their neighbor is a B&B - overall vibe "invasive". ”

“Check in went ok. Agent was kind but hotel is run down and you could tell even at check in. Main elevator was down. Finally got Got to our room.... bed looked slept in, and black hairs all over the tub, floor and sink. Drains obviously didn't work so the water backed up with even more hair. Absoutely disgusting. We lowered our number of nights and promptly checked out. No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. We are still having issues getting anyone to reply and return our money....

“Unsure why this place got such a high guest rating. It was extremely gross. Took a shower and felt dirtier after, somehow. Luckily, we only needed to be here a few hours before a flight. ”

“The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Very pleasant and helpful manager. Property is rather worn but looks and smells clean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Decent breakfast. Did what we needed for an overnight stay on a road trip.”

“Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

“Good hotel. Nuce rooms with kitchen. Perfect for business. ”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”
