“Great hotel, highly recommended”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was the best part of it. Fruits were not fresh ( bananas brown and apples soft). Other fruit choices would be nice.”

“The rooms were dirty, children ran up and down the hallways knocking on doors late at night, and the pool was ice cold. The floor and elevator had water laying without any caution signs.”

“The room was not bad besides no exhaust fan in bathroom so when you showered the walls and floors were wet from condensation. The refrigerator stunk like something died in it. Breakfast was alright had eggs and bacon but the pancake machine ran out of mix and no one knew how to change it. Owners barely speak English so its hard to communicate. Overall for the money it was ok.”

“While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee...

“Staff were very kind, and it was fine for the price. But the fridge clicked all night and did not get cold. And there was some kind of drip coming from the down spout despite the lack of rain that kept waking me up.”

“This hotel is charming. Our room was clean and staff were very helpful. As a bonus, the hotel is within 900 feet of a world class cocktail bar, Speak of the Devil. I most highly recommend the Ariel Broadway.”

“Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.”

“Staff, were nice, rooms clean, but the hot tub is out of service until July....we didn't see the information until we look at the hampton inn website and asked front desk”
