Hotel a Lorain

“Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. ”

“Was there 6 nights. Would have left the first day but I prepaid and they would not give me refund if I checked out. Had no towels first day. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Someone did find and bring 2 towels later that evening. No internet first day. They said they would take care of it right away. Didn’t happen. Everyday I asked about internet connection and everyday they said they were working on it. I left on the sixth day and was never able to connect to WiFi. Breakfast...

“Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. ”

“Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“First room smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though the hotel is now non-smoking. To their credit, they did switch me to a clean room that did not smell. Be forewarned: the whole place needs a refresh.”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...
