“Great budget hotel: very clean, continental breakfast: would stay here again.”

“Our stay was wonderful with the exception of the pool being closed for renovations. This was not something that I saw when i booked 2 months ago but we would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed. ”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great, and the price for the amount of room you get is phenomenal. Other hotels should look at this property as a model of how to do it. “The room was fine. My poor rating is the result of my interaction with the staff when checking in. I lost my temper, swore and walked about ten yards away, at which point I was told that the place employed security and I could be removed from the property. I was not threatening, and there was no recognition on the part of the staff that the hotel’s stance was unreasonable.
