“We only stayed here for an evening while driving home for Christmas. We were pretty exhausted and got there later than expected. The staff was so kind and welcoming, it really felt like we could just exhale and relax for our short stay. We even had our little dog, and one of the attendants gave him a treat which he loved. Would stay again!”

“Our 2nd stay here and we will continue to be return customers when we visit family here. Wonderful staff, nice room, great location for us and a great look. Just FYI, the phone in our room didn’t work but it was ok. It was frustrating to have to flip through every channel to find a show as the system did not let us use guide or info. That is worth a complaint. We also tried to connect our laptop tooth the HDMI input on the tv but the remote would not let us change inputs . Things to think...

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...
